Lessons Learned from Hiring Pool Contractors
- Get specific dates and penalties for the contractor not hitting their dates.
- Be clear about your landscape (“Don’t break the plants. Don’t dump out your water next to the house.” Stuff like that.).
- They will be late.
- Something will get broken.
These probably apply to general contracting, but I haven’t done any of that yet.
